With the first half of Deans 20 year working career being in the steel construction trade and the latter in professional sales, he prides himself in taking a practical approach towards reaching successful outcomes to common day challenges.
He has completed several of his own residential development projects in central Auckland suburbs and has a close eye on the current Auckland property market.
Outside of work Dean has a young family and enjoys planning their next holiday adventure.
